What we collect through this website
- Request form: your name, organization, optional role, work email, optional phone number, location, the type of request, your main area of interest, the approximate number of users, and anything you choose to write about your requirements.
- Visit statistics: we keep simple, anonymous visit statistics: which pages are viewed, the general area a visit comes from (city level), the type of device, the website or campaign that referred the visit, and whether a call, email or request button was used. No cookies are used, and no IP addresses, names or other personal details are stored with these statistics.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect this website.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request and, if you choose to go ahead, to discuss and provide Datalynk services. We do not sell, rent or share your information with marketers or other businesses.
Where it is stored
Requests sent through this website are transmitted over an encrypted connection to Auxilium Group's records system and stored in Canada.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting sales@auxiliumgroup.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
