Fire and emergency services software
Incident reporting, inspections, apparatus checks, rosters and dispatch for fire, ambulance and emergency services, designed for crews who work in the field.
Used by emergency services today
Datalynk is used by fire, ambulance and emergency services in the Caribbean, and by public safety and social service organizations in Canada. These are environments where crews file reports from the road, connections are unreliable, and records have to hold up to review.
What emergency services use Datalynk for
- Incident reportingCrews complete incident reports on a tablet or phone, with photos, even without a connection.
- Records managementIncidents, inspections, personnel and equipment kept as linked, searchable records.
- Computer-aided dispatchCall intake, unit assignment and status, connected to the incident record.
- GPS vehicle trackingLive apparatus and vehicle locations on a map for dispatch and command.
- Apparatus and equipment checksDaily vehicle and equipment checklists, with defects flagged for follow-up.
- Hydrant maintenanceRecord hydrant inspections and maintenance in the field.
- Rosters and overtimeDuty rosters, attendance, overtime and automated shift call-out.
- Training recordsTrack training and qualifications for each member.
Built for the field
Datalynk field apps are offline-first. A crew can complete a report in a basement, on a highway or in a remote area, and the report is saved on the device and synced automatically once a connection returns. Nothing is lost because the signal dropped.
One system instead of several
Because incidents, dispatch, rosters, equipment and training all live on the same platform, information entered once is available everywhere it is needed. The unit on a call, the crew on the roster and the equipment on the truck can all be connected to the same incident record.
Fleet monitoring
Auxilium Group also offers ServiceTrac for monitoring, tracking and reporting on emergency fleets. Ask us how it works alongside Datalynk.
